But what if breakfast is your favorite food and morning is your best time of day? Then the Wedding Brunch Menu may be just the choice for you. 

The Wedding Brunch Menu is a starting to mid-tier menu and can by styled different ways.  It can either be a 4 hour event with a 45 minute cocktail hour or a 5 hour event with a full hour cocktail hour, depending on your vision.  Brunch cocktails such as Mimosas, Bellini’s and Kir Royals are served throughout the reception and many couples include champagne, sangria and beer selections.  Of course, a full open bar is always an option. 

There are major perks to gathering your guests together at the brunch hour, tying the knot, and then celebrating.  Who’s to say that your favorite breakfast items cannot be reinvented to create a fun and upscale wedding brunch menu? Just imagine, croissant French toast, waffles and omelets prepared to order stations.  In addition to brunch cocktails, consider adding a Bloody Mary Bar Station, an Infused Champagne Bar, or passed Espresso Shots paired with a decadent dessert. Other perks for a Brunch Wedding include having perfect day light for photos and the option of a more laid back affair. Of course you can plan an after-party and spend the rest of the day with close friends and family.
